Mr. Jensen is a Villanova University alumnus. He is currently pursuing a Criminal Justice Degree with a concentration in forensic psychology. Tom was a National Sales Manager at a Fortune 100 Oil Company for over 20 years. During his career there he was promoted numerous times and held a variety of other positions within the company. He also has an extensive background working in the security industry. Tom worked and planned security in the entertainment industry, including NASCAR®, NHRA®, CART®, IRL®, CRAFTSMAN®, expos, conventions, large private and public events. Mr. Jensen’s father, Karl T. Jensen, was considered one of the most respected, successful, and prominent Private Detectives in the tri state area during his heyday in the 1950’s and 1960’s. Tom decided to follow his father’s footsteps with the start up of SPI Security Services to continue the legacy his father left behind.
Mr. Trantas comes from a family with a long history of law enforcement and ownership of numerous businesses. Mr. Trantas was the owner/operator of Philadelphia’s leading state certified training academy for security guards, correction officers, and Sheriffs department personnel. Mr. Trantas oversaw the daily operations, client relations, business development, and maintained all required licenses. Chris decided to leave the academy to pursue his own security company and partnered with Mr. Jensen to start up SPI Security Services.
